Treatment Cost Monitoring System – SMoKL

High availability and quality of public e-services. Total project cost PLN 10,963,081.80 (85% of funds come from EU funds). Project implementation period – from 11/03/2020 to 09/06/2023.

Objective of the Project
- implementing the obligation expressed in the Act on the healthcare information system, i.e. development and administration of an ICT system aimed at processing data necessary to set healthcare service tariffs;
- helping healthcare providers meet the statutory obligation to provide AOTMiT with the data necessary to set healthcare service tariffs by making public e-Services available;
- making electronic public services available and improving business processes related to setting healthcare service tariffs;
- developing a tool dedicated to improving communication with healthcare providers and experts, and enable the maximum possible automation of the data preparation and transfer process, as well as expert evaluation;

Project Products
As part of the SMoKL project, three e-services will be made available: qualification of service providers, data collection and verification, and expert service. These services will be integrated within one ICT system “SMoKL” with general modules common to the above-mentioned services.
Description of the Project
The project assumes the implementation of two tasks: creating a concept of a treatment cost monitoring system and software development along with the purchase of appropriate equipment and licenses.

Task 2: Software development, purchase of hardware and licenses for e-Services
The stages of the project implementation are also defined, within which the two above-mentioned main tasks of the project will be implemented.
As part of the project, Milestones were defined, the implementation of which is necessary to deliver the Project’s products.
