The IT tools

The IT tools were created and developed by AOTMiT for the purpose of improving cooperation with healthcare providers. They support the data collection and verification process carried out by healthcare providers. They also allow transferring data in the structure defined by AOTMiT.

IT tools dedicated to healthcare providers by type of provided data

The “dane kosztowe” (“cost – data”) application – as a tool intended for transferring data and performing their initial verification. CSV files (DSz form) and xlsx files (FK form) are uploaded into the application – https://dane-kosztowe.aotm.gov.pl

The “kartaJGP” (“DRGcard”) application – as a tool used occasionally to transfer data in the case of pricing individual healthcare services. It requires the healthcare provider to upload basic data before the data transfer process begins – https://kartajgp.aotm.gov.pl

The FTP server – as a tool used to transfer supplementary and explanatory information to the healthcare provider and AOTMiT’s employees – https://ftptaryfikacja.aotm.gov.pl

The IT tools dedicated to healthcare providers aimed at preparing and sharing data, in connection with the verification tools used by AOTMiT, are intended to create a new automated Treatment Cost Monitoring System (SMoKL – more information on SMoKL is available here).

In order to guarantee the security of the data made available to AOTMiT, the requirements laid down in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data have been met.

Test verifier a tool used to independently carry out technical verification at a level very similar to that carried out by AOTMiT. It allows checking whether the medical and cost data prepared (OG, SM, PL, WM, PR, PR_HR files) meet the requirements for:

  • File structure,
  • Data type and their formats (date, time, number),
  • Relationship of entries between files (“patient path,” procedures, dates, etc.),
  • Fulfilment of dedicated requirements in individual files,
  • Links with data from other sources (dictionaries indicated).

More details can be found in the presentation attached (below), as well as on the website.

We invite you to test the prepared files.
