The IT tools were created and developed by AOTMiT for the purpose of improving cooperation with healthcare providers. They support the process of data collection and verification by healthcare providers. They also allow for transferring data in the structure defined by AOTMiT.
IT tools dedicated to healthcare providers by type of provided data
The “dane kosztowe” (“cost – data”) application – as a tool intended for transferring data and performing their initial verification. Csv files (DSz form) and xlsx files (FK form) are uploaded into the application – https://dane-kosztowe.aotm.gov.pl
The “kartaJGP” (“DRGcard”) application – as a tool used occasionally to transfer data in the case of individual healthcare service valuation. It requires uploading basic data by the healthcare provider before the data transfer process begins – https://kartajgp.aotm.gov.pl
The ftp server – it is a tool used to transfer supplementary and explanatory information to the healthcare provider and AOTMiT’s employees – https://ftptaryfikacja.aotm.gov.pl
The IT tools dedicated to healthcare providers aimed at preparing and sharing data, in connection with the verification tools used by AOTMiT, are intended to create a new automated Treatment Cost Monitoring System (SMoKL, pol. “System Monitorowania Kosztów Leczenia”) – more information on SMoKL is available here (tutaj).
In order to guarantee the security of the data made available to AOTMiT, the requirements laid down in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data with regard to security have been met.
Test verifier – a tool used to independently carry out technical verification at a level very similar to that carried out by AOTMiT. It allows you to check whether the prepared medical and cost data (OG, SM, PL, WM, PR, PR_HR files) meet the requirements for:
- File structures;
- Data types and their formats (date, time, number);
- Relationship of entries between files (“patient path, procedures, dates, etc.);
- Fulfillment of dedicated requirements in individual files;
- Links with data from other sources (dictionaries indicated).
More details can be found in the attached presentation (below), as well as on the website.
We invite you to test the prepared files.
