The President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System informs healthcare entities of the possibility of making available, free of charge, the data necessary to carry out the valuation of selected guaranteed benefits in the field of dental treatment.
The Agency shall collect data from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 in the form of an own cost calculation form (OCC), i.e. general information identifying the health care service including the costs of the consumption of medicinal products, medical devices and medical procedures performed, together with the personnel costs of the medical personnel involved in the provision of the following services:
23.3104 – Prosthetic jaw restoration in edentulous patients with a complete denture in the maxilla,
23.3105 – Prosthetic jaw restoration in edentulous patients with complete denture in mandible,
23.3112 – Actions for restoration of function or extension of a removable denture (repair) to a greater extent with impression,
23.3116 – Complete indirect lining of one denture including shaping of the rim – for the maxilla,
23.3117 – Complete indirect lining of one denture including functional rim moulding – for the mandible).
Health care entities that are not indicated in the above document “List of entities to which the President of AOTMiT has addressed a request”, and would like to make the data in question available, the President of the Agency invites to send a request to the following e-mail address: taryfikacja@aotm.gov.pl with the name of the entity, provider code (identifier given by the relevant voivodeship branch of the NFZ), number of the contract with the NFZ, under which the services in question are reported, REGON (business identification number) of the entity.
