TLI effectiveness assessment report
Based on Article 40a(7) of the Act of 12 May 2011 on the Reimbursement of Medicinal Products, Foodstuffs for Particular Nutritional Uses, and Medical Devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 930, as amended), the Agency publishes a report assessing the effectiveness and quality of treatment of reimbursed high-innovativeness medicinal technologies 90 days before the end of the reimbursement period of such technologies, based on data from medical registries or the electronic system for monitoring drug programmes, as referred to in Article 188c(1) of the Act of 27 August 2004 on Healthcare Services Financed from Public Funds, provided that clinical data necessary for preparing the report are sufficient.
