Tariff Council meeting on 17 July 2025

At its meeting on 17 July 2025, the Council reviewed an update on the cost analysis of guaranteed benefits related to musculoskeletal disorders, specifically within the area of spinal diseases. Following the discussion, the Council approved the proposed direction of further work.

The Council also reviewed the assumptions underlying the pricing process for guaranteed hospital treatment benefits concerning surgical treatment of breast diseases (JGP J01–J10). As a result of the discussion, the Council submitted comments on the presented materials.
