On 30 July 2025, the President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System issued recommendation No. 105/2025 on the inclusion of the medicinal product Elmiron (pentosan polysulfate sodium) in the new drug program “Treatment of painful bladder syndrome with glomerular changes or Hunner’s lesions, interstitial cystitis (ICD-10 N30.1)”
