Covered services for the surgical treatment of breast diseases
Pursuant to Article 31lb(4) of the Act of August 27, 2004, on publicly funded health care services (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1461, as amended), the President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System hereby announces that a report on the determination of the tariff for guaranteed services covering surgical treatment of breast diseases has been published in the Agency’s Public Information Bulletin.
Comments on the report regarding the determination of service tariffs may be submitted within 7 days of its publication, i.e., by May 20, 2025.
If submitting comments regarding the proposed tariff amounts, please provide your own cost calculations to justify your proposal.
