Pursuant to Article 31lb(3)(4) of the Act of 27 August 2004 on health care services financed from public funds (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1285, as amended), the President of the Agency for Health Technology and Tariff System announces that a report on setting tariff of benefits covering prevention of tobacco-related diseases has been published in the Public Information Bulletin of the Agency”.
Comments to the tariff setting report can be submitted within 7 days of its publication, i.e. until 23 December 2022.
