At its meeting on 22 December 2022 the Council took note of the results of the cost analyses of inpatient treatment services in the area: diseases of children (section P of the DRG). As
a result of the discussion, the Council provided comments on the material presented and expressed its conviction that the pricing of services alone will not solve the problems in paediatrics. In the Council’s view, simultaneous changes in the organisation of the provision of services are necessary.
The Council discussed the results of cost analysis and proposed pricing of renal and hepatic thermoablation and cryoablation services. Following discussion, the Council provided comments on the material presented.
