Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 52/2025 on 8 December 2025 with resolutions
We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 52/2025 on 8 December 2025 during which the following resolutions were adopted:
- At its meeting on 8 December 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 211/2025 on recommended medical technologies, measures implemented as part of health policy programs, and the conditions for implementing these programs, concerning the prevention of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia.
- At its meeting on 8 December 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 176/2025 on the evaluation of the drug Ibrance (palbociclib) in combination with fulvestrant under the B.9.FM drug program. “Treatment of patients with breast cancer (ICD-10: C50)”.
- At its meeting on 8 December 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 177/2025 on the validity of issuing approvals for the reimbursement of Rezurock (belumosudil) for the indication: treatment of adult patients and children aged 12 years and older with chronic graft-versus-host disease (chronic GVHD) after failure of at least two previous lines of systemic therapy.
- At its meeting on 8 December 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 212/2025 on the draft program “Medical rehabilitation for residents of the Łódź Province aged 60+ for the years 2026-2028”.
- At its meeting on 8 December 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 213/2025 on the draft program “Program for promoting first aid skills among seventh-grade students in primary schools in the municipality of Długołęka for the years 2026-2027”.
