Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 50/2025 on 24 November 2025 with resolutions

We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 50/2025 on 24 November 2025 during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. At its meeting on 24 November 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 169/2025 on the legitimacy of classifying the healthcare service “Administration of autologous platelet-rich plasma or platelet-rich fibrin” as a guaranteed service
2. At its meeting on 24 November 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 170/2025 on the legitimacy of classifying healthcare services involving the detection of antibodies against tissue transglutaminase in the IgA and IgG classes as guaranteed services
3. At its meeting on 24 November 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 171/2025 on the validity of issuing approvals for the reimbursement of Renastep, a foodstuff for special nutritional purposes, for the indication: chronic renal failure in pediatric patients up to 7 years of age
4. At its meeting on 24 November 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 172/2025 on the validity of issuing approvals for the reimbursement of Arginine Veyron for multiple indications
5. At its meeting on 24 November 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No 208/2025 on the draft program “Program for the early detection of vision defects in 5-year-old children, residents of Bielsko-Biała, for the years 2026-2028.”
6. At its meeting on 24 November 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No 209 /2025 about the draft program “Expanding access to urological health services for female residents of Wrocław, entitled Specialists in urinary incontinence.”
