Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 38/2025 on 1 September 2025 with resolutions
We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 38/2025 on 1 September 2025 during which the following resolutions were adopted:
- At its meeting on 1 September 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 117/2025 on the legitimacy of classifying healthcare services in the field of primary healthcare, in coordinated care in the field of diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease, testing for inorganic phosphorus and parathyroid hormone as a guaranteed service;
- At its meeting on 1 September 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 162/2025 on recommended medical technologies, measures carried out under health policy programs, and the conditions for implementing these programs, concerning the prevention and early detection of primary osteoporosis;
- At its meeting on 1 September 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 163/2025 on the draft program “Comprehensive remote care program for women in the third trimester of pregnancy” (Pomeranian Province);
- At its meeting on 1 September 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 164/2025 on the draft program “Rehabilitation program for residents of the Iłowa municipality over the age of 35” (Iłowa Community).
