Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 36/2025 in 18 August 2025 with resolutions

We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 36/2025 on 18 August 2025 during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 110/2025 on the appraisal of drug Ozurdex (dexamethasone) under drug program B.70. “Treatment of patients with retinal diseases (ICD-10: H34, H35.3, H36.0)”;
2. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 111/2025 on the appraisal of drug Orladeyo (berotralstat) under drug program B.122. “Preventive treatment of patients with recurrent attacks of severe hereditary angioedema (ICD-10: D84.1)”;
3. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 148/2025 on recommended medical technologies, measures carried out under health policy programs, and the conditions for implementing these programs, concerning the early detection of lung cancer;
4. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 149/2025 on the draft program “HEALTHY AORTA” – Draft preventive program for residents of the Opole Province for the years 2026–2028;
5. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 150/2025 on the draft program “Program for the prevention and early detection of vision and hearing impairments among early school-age children in the municipality of Żary for the years 2026-2030”;
6. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 151/2025 about the draft program “Endometriosis Prevention Program – Lubań Women in the Spotlight” (Lubań County);
7. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 152/2025 on the draft program “Program for the prevention of posture defects among children in the third grade of primary schools in the municipality of Trzebownisko in the years 2025-2029”;
8. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 153/2025 on the draft program “Health policy program for the medical rehabilitation of residents of the Baranowo Municipality for the years 2026-2030”;
9. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 154/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance spironolactonum for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics;
10. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 155/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance bisoprololum for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics;
11. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 156/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance amoxicillin for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics;
12. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 157/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substances amoxicillin + clavulanic acid in indications for use or dosage, or method of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics;
13. At its meeting on 18 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 158/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substances sulfamethoxazole + trimethoprim in indications for use or dosage, or method of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics.
