Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 35/2025 in 11 August 2025 with resolutions
We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 35/2025 on 11 August 2025 during which the following resolutions were adopted:
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 108/2025 on the appraisal of drug Hemlibra (emicizumab) as part of the drug program “Prevention of bleeding in patients with uncomplicated hemophilia A with factor VIII inhibitor (ICD-10: D66)”;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 109/2025 on the legitimacy of classifying diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on the biliary/pancreatic tract using a direct visualization system as a guaranteed hospital treatment service;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 140/2025 on the legitimacy of introducing changes to the B.128.FM drug program “Treatment of patients with acute hepatic porphyria (AHP) in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older (ICD-10: E80.2)”;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 141/2025 on the draft program “Health policy program for the medical rehabilitation of children and young people in the city of Żyrardów for the years 2026-2028”;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 142/2025 on the draft program “Health policy program for the medical rehabilitation of residents of the Lubań County for the years 2026-2028”;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 143/2025 on the draft health policy program “Prevention of sexually transmitted diseases entitled Well-being of Wrocław Students” (City of Wrocław);
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 144/2025 on the draft program “Health policy program for the prevention and early detection of depression among young people in the municipality of Besko for the years 2025-2030”;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 145/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance rituximab for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics, i.e., the treatment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 146/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance rituximab for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics, i.e., the treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease;
- At its meeting on 11 August 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 147/2025 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance tocilizumabum for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics, i.e., the treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease.
