Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 28/2025 in 7 July 2025 +resolutions

Transparency Council meeting protocol from meeting 7 July 2025 No. 28/2025:

1. At its meeting on 7 July 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 81/2025 on the appraisal of drug Ryeqo (relugolix, estradiol, norethisterone acetate) in the indication for symptomatic treatment of endometriosis;
2. At its meeting on 7 July 2025, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 82/2025 on the validity of granting authorizations for the reimbursement of the foodstuff for special nutritional purposes Arginine 2000 AA Supplement;
3. At its meeting on 7 July 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 115/2025 about the project “Comprehensive rehabilitation of children with disabilities from the municipality of Godów”;
4. At its meeting on 7 July 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 116/2025 on the draft program “Health policy program for the prevention of depressive disorders in children and adolescents in the Mazowieckie Province”;
5. At its meeting on 7 July 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 117/2025 about the draft program “Regional Health Program for expanding access to modern instrumental diagnostic and rehabilitation methods for children with cerebral palsy in the Mazowieckie Province”;
6. At its meeting on 7 July 2025, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 118/2025 on the inclusion of medicines containing the active substance etanercept in the scope of indications for use or dosage, or method of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics, i.e. treatment of peripheral SpA.
