Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 16/2026 on 20 April 2026 with resolutions

We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 16/2026 on 20 April 2026 during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 45/2026 on the evaluation of the drug Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib) under the B.12.FM drug program: “Treatment of patients with B-cell lymphomas (ICD-10: C82, C83, C85)”
2. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 46/2026 on the evaluation of the drug Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib) under the B.79 drug program: “Treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (ICD-10: C91.1)”
3. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 47/2026 on the evaluation of the drug Braftovi (encorafenib) under Drug Program B.4. “Treatment of patients with colorectal cancer (ICD-10: C18–C20)”
4. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 48/2026 on the evaluation of Vaxigrip, a trivalent influenza vaccine (split virus)
5. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 49/2026 on the evaluation of Efluelda, a trivalent influenza vaccine (split virus)
6. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 50/2026 on the appropriateness of granting reimbursement approval for the drug Redemplo (plozasiran) for the indication: familial chylomicronemia syndrome
7. At its meeting on 20 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 70/2026 on the inclusion of medicinal products containing the active ingredient dexamethasonum in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics
