We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 15/2026 on 13 April 2026 during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 41/2026 on the appropriateness of classifying the “Urine Steroid Profile” healthcare service as a guaranteed service
2. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 42/2026 on the appropriateness of classifying the “Macroprolactin” healthcare service as a guaranteed service
3. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 43/2026 on the appropriateness of classifying the “Inhibin B” healthcare service as a guaranteed service
4. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 61/2026 on the draft program “Health Policy Program for the Prevention of RSV Infections Among Children Under 2 Years of Age in the Małopolskie Province”
5. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 44/2026 on the evaluation of the Prevenar 20 vaccine (pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine) for the indication: prevention of pneumococcal infections in adults aged 65 and older
6. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 62/2026 on the draft program “Program for the Prevention of Shingles and Postherpetic Neuralgia Among Residents of Lublin Aged 55–64”
7. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 63/2026 on the inclusion of medicines containing the active ingredient mycophenolate mofetil in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics for multiple indications
8. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 64/2026 on the inclusion of medicines containing the active ingredient mycophenolate mofetil in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics, i.e., interstitial lung disease
9. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 65/2026 on the inclusion of drugs containing the active ingredient carboplatin in combination with gemcitabine and nivolumab in the reimbursement program, for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics

At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 66/2026 on the inclusion of medicinal products containing the active ingredient fentanyl (nasal spray) in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics
11. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 67/2026 on the inclusion of medicinal products containing the active ingredient desmopressin in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics
12. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 68/2026 on the inclusion of medicines containing the active ingredient carboplatin in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics, i.e., malignant tumors of the esophagus
13. At its meeting on 13 April 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 69/2026 on the inclusion of medicinal products containing the active ingredient paclitaxel in the reimbursement program for indications, dosages, or routes of administration that differ from those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics
