Communication of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 1/2026 on 12 January 2026 with resolutions

We invite you to read minutes of the meeting of Transparency Council No. 1/2026 on 12 January 2026 during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. At its meeting on 12 January 2026, the Transparency Council adopted position No. 1/2026 on the evaluation of Lecigon (levodopa + carbidopa + entacapone) for the treatment of advanced Parkinson’s disease
2. At its meeting on 12 January 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 1/2026 on the draft program “Health policy program for the medical rehabilitation of residents of the municipality of Kobierzyce for the years 2026-2029.”
3. At its meeting on 12 January 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 2/2026 about the project “Healthy Heart of the Lublin Region – Comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Program” implemented by: Lublin Province
4. At its meeting on 12 January 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 3/2026 on the draft program “Medical rehabilitation for residents of the municipality of Będzino for the years 2026-2028”
5. At its meeting on 12 January 2026, the Transparency Council adopted opinion No. 4/2026 on the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance lenalidomide for indications, dosages, or methods of administration other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics.
