At its meeting on 9 June 2022, the Council held a discussion on the 2023 Tariff Plan which resulted in a positive opinion – content available here.
The Council drew attention to the need for urgent implementation of the mechanism for recommendations of the President of the Agency regarding the change of the manner or level of financing health care services due to an extraordinary increase in the costs of providing these services, as proposed in the draft act amending the Act on the manner of determining the lowest basic salary for certain employees working in healthcare entities.
The Council got acquainted with the materials on the methodology of inverting the pyramid of health care services.
