The President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System informs healthcare entities of the possibility of making available, free of charge, the data necessary for the valuation of the guaranteed services of gastrointestinal gastroscopy (range code: 02.0000.078.02) performed in outpatient settings.
The Agency shall collect data from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 in the form of a own cost calculation form (OCC), i.e. general information identifying the health care service including the costs of the consumption of medicinal products, medical devices and medical procedures performed, together with the personnel costs of the medical personnel involved in the provision of the following services:
5.03.00.0000022 – diagnostic gastroscopy (includes urease test if indicated),
5.03.00.0000089 – diagnostic gastroscopy with biopsy (includes 1 histopathology examination),
5.03.00.0000008 – gastroscopy with biopsy (includes 2 or more histopathology examinations).
The President of the Agency invites healthcare entities that are not specified in the “List of entities”, but would like to make the data in question available, to send an e-mail to: taryfikacja@aotm.gov.pl with the name of the entity, provider code (identifier given by the relevant voivodeship branch of the NFZ), number of the contract with the NFZ, under which the services in question are reported, REGON (business identification number) of the entity.
