The President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System informs healthcare providers to request cost data for the purpose of verifying the valuation of procedure 5.10.00.0000022 scintigraphy of the adrenal glands/other body areas.
The Agency shall collect data from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 in the form of an own cost calculation form (OCC), i.e. general information identifying the healthcare service including the costs of the consumption of medicinal products, medical devices and medical procedures performed, together with the personnel costs of the medical personnel involved in the provision of the service.

The President of the Agency invites healthcare entities that are not specified in the “List of entities”, but would like to make the data in question available to send a notification e-mail to: taryfikacja@aotm.gov.pl with the name of the entity, provider code (identifier given by the relevant voivodeship branch of the NFZ), number of the contract with the NFZ, under which the services in question are reported, REGON (business identification number) of the entity.
