86. Ongoing cooperation – obtaining medical and cost data from hospital treatment for 2024 (WB24)
The President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System informs healthcare entities that have concluded an agreement with the National Health Fund for the provision of healthcare services in the form of hospital treatment and that have provided healthcare services in the field of hospital treatment in the period from January 1, 2024, to 31 December 2024.
The framework schedule for the collection of data provided by healthcare providers is as follows:
- by December 12, 2025 – sending WuD to the sample
- by December 23, 2025 – sending the declaration
- by December 31, 2025 – request for sample data to be provided by entities
- by January 9, 2026 – sending sample data
- by January 30, 2026 sending Applications (WuD-declarations)
- by April 30, 2026 – transfer of DSz
