Guaranteed benefits covering diagnostic lump sums under oncology drug programs
Pursuant to Article 31lb(4) of the Act of August 27, 2004, on healthcare services financed from public funds (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1461, as amended), the President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System hereby announces that a report on the determination of tariffs for guaranteed services in the area of diagnostic lump sums under oncological drug programs has been published in the Agency’s Public Information Bulletin.
Comments on the report on the determination of the tariff for services may be submitted within 7 days of its publication, i.e. by February 23, 2026.
