Covered services for the treatment of respiratory diseases
Pursuant to Article 31lb(4) of the Act of 27 August 2004, on healthcare services financed from public funds (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1461, as amended), The President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff Setting hereby announces that a report on the determination of the tariff for guaranteed services covering treatment of respiratory diseases has been published in the Agency’s Public Information Bulletin
Comments on the report regarding the determination of service tariffs may be submitted by 12 June 2026. This deadline has been extended from the standard 7-day period for submitting comments due to public holidays falling within this period.
If you are submitting comments regarding the proposed rates, please include your own cost calculations to justify your proposal.
