87. Collection of medical and cost data on services related to pregnancy and childbirth (JGP section N)
The President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System informs healthcare entities that have concluded an agreement with the National Health Fund for the provision of healthcare services in the form of hospital treatment and, in the period from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, have provided healthcare services related to pregnancy and childbirth for the following products:
N01 Childbirth,
N02 Multiple or premature birth *,
N03 Pregnancy or fetal pathology with delivery > 5 days *,
N06 Pregnancy and postpartum pathology – diagnosis, treatment > 11 days,
N07C Severe pregnancy pathology – extended diagnosis, comprehensive treatment < 5 days,
N07D Severe pregnancy pathology – extended diagnosis, comprehensive treatment > 4 days,
N08 Severe fetal pathology – diagnosis, treatment,
N08A Intrauterine therapy – category 1*,
N08B Intrauterine therapy – category 2*,
N09 Severe pregnancy pathology with delivery – extended diagnostics, comprehensive treatment > 6 days*,
N11 Severe pregnancy pathology with delivery – extended diagnostics, comprehensive treatment > 10 days with pw*,
N12 Pregnancy and postpartum pathology – diagnostics, observation, treatment < 12 days,
N13 Severe pregnancy pathology ending in surgical delivery > 3 days*.
The framework schedule for collecting data provided by healthcare providers is as follows:
- by February 16, 2026 – publication of the announcement and sending of WuD to the sample
- by February 23, 2026 – submission of declarations LINK
- by February 27, 2026 – sending of Applications (WuD-declarations)
- March 4, 2026 – training
- by March 17, 2026 – transfer of DSz
